Who is responsible

Clientum is operated by [LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [COUNTRY], registration number [NUMBER] (“we”). Contact: support@clientum.app.

For the account you open with us, we decide how your data is used. For the clients a business keeps in Clientum, that business decides and we process the data on its behalf. If you booked with a business and have a question about your data, please ask that business first.

What we collect

• Account: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash), interface language.
• Business: name, address, phone, working hours, services, prices, photos and logo.
• Clients and bookings: name, phone, and where given email, notes, birthday, and booking history.
• Telegram: if you connect the bot, your chat number.
• Technical: IP address and request logs, used for security and limits on abuse.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: bookings, reminders and notifications (contract).
• To keep it secure and fix faults (legitimate interest).
• To meet accounting and legal duties (legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us run the service

• Render: application hosting and database.
• Cloudflare: website delivery and file storage.
• Resend: sending email.
• Telegram: messages to people who connect the bot.
• OpenAI: the AI assistant on plans that include it. It receives figures about the business, not client names, phones or notes.
• Sentry: error reports, without personal data by default.
• Purelymail: our support mailboxes.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Deleted clients, masters, services and bookings stay in the trash for 60 days.
• The activity log is kept for 365 days.
• Accounts that never confirmed their email and joined no business are deleted after 30 days.
• A business without an active subscription is warned about 180 days after access ends, and deleted 30 days after that.
• A hash of the email address, used only to allow one free trial per person, is kept for 2 years.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Account holders can export and delete data in Settings. For anything else, write to support@clientum.app. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Browser storage

We keep your session, theme and language in your browser’s local storage. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We will announce important changes in the app or by email before they take effect.
