The service

Clientum is software for online booking, client records and team work. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Your account

Keep your password safe and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you give access to.

Your clients’ data

You keep your clients’ data accurate, hold a lawful basis for storing it, and answer their requests about it. We process it on your behalf, only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You may use reminders and booking only for your own business.

Trial, plans and payment

A new account gets one 14-day free trial, without a card. After it you need a paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are arranged with us by email and nothing is charged automatically.

After the paid or trial period ends, everything works for 7 more days. Then access and online booking stop, and your data stays available to export. A business without a subscription is warned about 180 days later and deleted 30 days after the warning.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, to attack it, or to get around its limits.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending

You can delete your account or business at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes and law

We will announce important changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY].
